Kenilworth ArtsFest Exhibition 2024

17th, 18th & 19th May 2024

Apart from cancellations because of Covid-19, Kenilworth Arts Council (KAC) has held an arts competition and exhibition every year since the first in 1997. Kenilworth Arts Council is pleased to announce the ArtsFest dates for 2024.  More information will be announced as it is made available.

Opening and Presentation Night
Kenilworth Hall

Saturday 18th May 2024

Exhibition open 9am – 4pm

Sunday 19th May 2024

Family Fun Day in conjunction with Kenilworth Chamber of Commerce
Kenilworth ShowGrounds 9am

Visual Art 2D Competition

Kenilworth Art Award
$5 000

SECTION 2FF
Special $2000 prize for a work featuring a food product or process specific to the Mary Valley.
Kenilworth ArtsFest is a satellite event in the 2024 GourMay Mary Valley Food Fest.

Poetry – Primary School Students
Theme: Kindness

Entries will be posted on the wall of Kenilworth Hall as part of the 2024 ArtsFest exhibition
Winners will be invited to read their poem/s at the Opening Night held at Kenilworth Hall on Friday 17 May 2024

Open – Poetry
Open Mic Poetry Reading will be held at Kenilworth Hotel on Saturday 18 May, from 2.30-5.30pm

SECTION 1KA – Kenilworth Art Award – 2D – one entry only – $50 per entry
SECTION 2FF – Special Prize related to FoodFest- one entry only – $30 per entry
SECTION 3G2D – 2D General up to two entries – $30 for one entry, $45 for two entries
SECTION 4G3D – 3D General up to three entries – $15 for one entry, $25 for two, $40 for three
