2026 ArtsFest Online Entry Form

Welcome artists!

Welcome to the ArtsFest entry form. 

For ease of reference, here are the Terms and Conditions of Entry.

Please follow these steps to ensure your submission is complete:

1. Choose the section(s) you wish to enter
Tick the category or categories you are entering.
Some sections allow one entry only, others allow up to two or three artworks.

2. Select the number of artworks for each section
Where a section allows multiple entries, choose how many artworks you are submitting in that category.

3. Scroll down and complete ONLY the artwork fields that match your selections
Each section has its own set of artwork fields (Title, Description, Medium, Size, Price, Upload).
Please complete the fields for the artworks you are entering and leave the rest blank.

4. Review your total entry fees
Your total will automatically update based on the categories you select.

5. Submit your form and proceed to payment
Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.
