Kenilworth Celebrates!

Posted on

Kenilworth Celebrates! is a major arts festival held annually in Kenilworth, a small town in the Upper Mary Valley on the Sunshine Coast Hinterland about two hours drive from central Brisbane.

Our arts festival starts with a performance by the Sunshine Coast Concert Band at the Kenilworth Hall on 27 September, followed by visual art workshops with professional tutors from 28 September to 2 October (information is here). The town celebrates with music, a poets’ breakfast and an artisans expo on the weekend of 3-4 October, with free art exhibitions (link to these is here) from 3-5 October.

Kenilworth Arts Council invites artists and others to attend the Exhibition Presentation Night at Kenilworth Community Hall on Friday October 2015 at 7pm.

Entries in the Kenilworth Art Competition will all be on display. Light refreshments and wine will be available. Presentation Night admission is $15 per person. Tickets may be purchased at the door or competition entrants may choose to add the cost of tickets to their entry form.

Phone 07 5472 3223 or email for more information.
